ETP Overview
About Edison Technology Park

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula , the campus encompasses four buildings totaling 85,000 square feet with a capacity for approximately 48 tenants.

The tenant community is a synergistic mix of high tech companies, service providers, and designer/artists who often share information and services.  Edison Technology Park has been an incubator for many start-ups over the years that have moved on to larger facilities as their needs and resources expanded.

Conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley, midway between San Francisco and San Jose, and equidistant, about 20 minutes, from San Francisco and San Jose International Airports.   Easy access to Peninsula destinations: Less than a mile to Highway 101. Fremont, across the Dumbarton Bridge, 20 minutes by car. Highway 280, approximately 10 minutes via Woodside Road.

The complex is located in a mixed commercial/residential populated area on a well-traveled street. Our tenants feel secure in a friendly neighborhood environment.

Our tenants cover a wide range of businesses including:  solar, bio-tech, electronic test equipment manufacturing, battery technology, and more.

We have a 400 kilowatt photovoltaic solar installation that provides 100 percent of the power requirements of the four buildings.  One hundred percent of our electricity and power comes from the sun.

A neighborhood sponsored and managed children’s park with picnic area and basketball court is located directly across the street from Edison Technology Park . Tenants can relax over a picnic lunch or make use of the recreation facilities.

Our tenants are not subject to city business regulations, as the complex is located in an unincorporated section of San Mateo County called the Fair Oaks District (with a Menlo Park mailing address), The on-premises landlord is always available for consultation.
